Yevgeny Pashukevich was born in 1993 in the multifaceted and historic city of Minsk, the capital of Belarus. By the time he finished school, his parents were strongly encouraging him to choose a profession, but Yevgeny was unsure of what he wanted to do. On the advice of friends, he enrolled in the Minsk State College of Automotive Engineering, with the main criterion for his choice being the acquisition of a driver’s license. During his studies at the college, he realized that he wanted to pursue something greater.
After completing his studies, Yevgeny started working at a factory, where he spent over two years (exactly two years). Working at the factory, Yevgeny understood that he wanted his work to be valued based on his professionalism rather than the number of hours he worked each day. He always dreamed of something more and aspired to new heights.
After two years at the factory, he decided to change his life. Yevgeny left his stable job, where he was reluctant to be let go, and chose his own path in the real estate sector. This decision was driven by his desire for independence and his wish to build a career that aligned with his personal interests. He immersed himself in studying the real estate market, developing strategies, and analyzing trends.
Inspired by the idea of moving to sunny Cyprus, he faced a number of difficulties, particularly with document processing. However, not losing hope, Yevgeny persevered and continued to seek ways to realize his dream. In 2021, he made a move that completely changed his life: he relocated to Dubai, one of the most dynamically developing cities in the world.
Upon arriving in Dubai, Yevgeny immediately felt the pull of this modern metropolis. Here, he was able not only to develop his professional skills in real estate but also to immerse himself in a multicultural environment that inspired him to achieve new successes. He is now building his career in one of the most attractive and fast-growing real estate markets in the world, staying true to his values and goals.
